"Naughty Flower!"

Katie and I were out walking towards the barn yesterday (in the sunshine, for once!) to feed the animals.

She noticed a little purple wildflower along the driveway, picked it and started cooing at it in her adorable motherly tone,

"Aw...it's a little beebee fower! Where's da mama? Cwying! Find her!"

I find a little buttercup and point it out to Katie.

"Oh, there she is! Don't cwy beebee fower...found her!"

Mama Flower proceeds to hug and kiss Baby Flower

"Oh no! Where's da Papa fower?!"

We find a daisy that apparently fits the bill, and the Fower Family is happy at last...until...
Katie hands me a dandelion

"Gwumpy! NOTTY FOWER!"

And the naughty dandelion is immediately cast into outer darkness.

I guess our early botany lessons are sinking in.

(Ha. You thought I forgot about or gave up on the Challenge, didn't ya?)
Here's "N" for you.
